This week we looked at some of the current popular games known in the industry to give us a bit of inspiration for our game project. As we discussed in class, it’s a good rule as a developer to find an idea or mechanic that you have a strong interest in. outcome. This interest could be derived from other gaming influences, your hobbies and background, or even just your personal taste. So it’s important to think about things that are relevant to you and how you could incorporate those ideas.

One of the notable games we sampled this week was ‘Crossy Road’, a remodled version of the classic ‘Frogger’. This game really hit home with me because of the sentimental value.
