The different roles played in producing the prototype pitch for our creation ‘Restaurant race!’ were each equally important and successfully conducted. My roles included creating a backstory for our game, and also developing strategies that players may want to look into and implement whilst playing the game themselves.
The backstory of the game we created was pretty simple. Four different restaurants competing against each other for the highest quality restaurant based around food quality, building, employees, and how many customers each store was getting on average. These four stores rise and fall depending on how each individual player plays the game, and which strategy they use. Each player is the owner of their own restaurant, trying to drive the others out of business.
