“France is mine” – An analysis of Carcassonne — welcome to my life

When enrolling in a subject that I knew would eventually lead to me having to create a game of my own design, I was undeniably apprehensive. That sounded like a task well beyond my skill set. But when Week One’s task was breaking into groups and playing board games, a large portion of that apprehension subsided.
