When reading a blog, it is very much a one-sided discussion. It is great that when seeing peers also creating a digital artefact, as it not only encourages your progress on your own, but it makes you want to reach out and engage with it. These comments on these blogs are not entirely thorough, as I am not completely connected with game culture, however I did try to compliment with my emotional investment as a reader. Hopefully that can give a different time of insight into how an audience that isn’t the typical gamer will interpret their work.
What I really liked about Elissa’s blog is that although I didn’t really know much about the topic she is going to be exploring, I found it interesting and her passion for the topic made it something I can be excited about. I thought the blog was good and the video was easy to interpret, and I hope my comment can help encourage her.
I was very excited while reading this blog as I’ve enjoyed this characters all throughout my childhood, but as an adult, I have never thought about analysing them! Seeing someone do that will be very interesting and I had to compliment the great blog she presented.
I was very impressed with Lu’s blog. It was really well crafted and super easy to understand.
