My first foray into board games outside of classic or mass market games (such as Chess or Monopoly(1933), respectively) was with Battlestar Galactica: The Board Game (2008), so I quite enjoy a good social deduction game. Last week I had my first experience with Ultimate Werewolf (2008): I played two sessions, with completely different groups, and different moderators. The moderators had very different approaches in running their games, and I would like to discuss how this affected the experience.
