In BCM300 Game Experience Design, we have to create a game. This game can be any genre, have any motive (entertain, educate, etc.), and present it in any format (tabletop board game, cards, trivia).
According to IndustrialAgency.ca, the first step in creating a game is to look at what you want to accomplish. This looks at why the user wants to play the game in the first place, how they feel, what they take away from the experience, and so on.
