Collaboration in the game experience design process proved to be a challenging task. The most difficult obstacle being how we were to interpret our acquired knowledge of game design theories and practical elements into one cohesive product.
By organising ourselves into online meetings we could effectively discuss our key components for our game project pitch. We arrived to conclusions of our main elements involving our theme, mechanics, and genre through ideation and brainstorming on what we would find engaging as a consumer and as part of the target audience for our game, in order to create a sufficient product. As a result of playing our game, players will gain an insight into their unique emergent narrative experience once the game has ended, as they question each player’s determinant factor for what they find amusing.
